Welcome to the UAA MPH Alumni home page! This site has been designed to provide you with a place where you can seek out former class collegues, find current contact information, and access past issues of our MPH Alumni Newsletter. Here you can read alumni profiles, departmental news, and learn about faculty updates.

We welcome any feedback and suggestions for things you'd like to see included in this site. As a former alumnus, you play a key role in spreading the news about the great things that happen within the MPH program at UAA. We want you to be extremely proud of your University, your program, and the students that will follow you in their public health journey in the decades to come. Continue to refer potential students, join a departmental committee, and provide us updates with news and contact information. We count on you to carry the flame for our great program - and say "thank you" for all being trailblazers through the first several years of this program.

Finally, and most importantly, stay in touch! We know that lives are busy and free time is sparse. By letting us know of email or address changes, we can continue to connect you with the program you worked so hard to establish."

MPH Alumni Meet and Greet

Each year alumni and current students gather the night before the annual MPH Seminar Day on campus. Please make plans to attend and re-connect with old collegues. The event this year was held on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at the Snowgoose Restaurant in Anchorage from 5 - 8 pm. Download the Meet & Greet flyer (95 KB, pdf).

Annual APHA Conference

For those attending the APHA, be sure to stop by the UAA MPH booth and say hello! For more information about the American Public Health Association, visit the APHA web site.
